Transenergo, a manufacturer of elevator equipment, has implemented the 1C:ERP system to manage its production, finance, procurement, and sales processes. The project was executed by 1C:Pervy Bit, covering 100 workstations across various departments, including production, logistics, and finance.
The implementation enabled dynamic production planning and automated the creation of product specifications based on client-defined parameters. The system now tracks production stages in real-time using barcode scanners and ensures quality control at every step of the manufacturing cycle.
Following the system deployment, the company reported a 24% increase in production volume on existing capacities and a 14% rise in profit. Operational efficiency improved as well: order processing speed increased by 27%, and warehouse turnover rose by 15%.
The company also achieved a 15% reduction in production costs and an 18% decrease in downtime. Additionally, the defect rate dropped by 10%, and inventory levels were reduced by 20%.
