Transcend Information has released new DDR5-6400 CUDIMM and CSODIMM memory modules. These components are designed for industrial automation, edge AI, and high-performance embedded systems, offering capacities of up to 64 GB per module.
The modules utilize a dual-channel architecture and operate at a voltage of 1.1 V. To maintain signal integrity during high-speed tasks, Transcend integrated a Client Clock Driver (CKD) that reduces noise and jitter interference.
Power management is handled by an onboard PMIC, which improves voltage regulation and efficiency. The hardware also includes a transient voltage suppressor (TVS) to mitigate risks from voltage fluctuations and protect internal components.
For data reliability, the modules feature On-Die ECC technology. Additionally, the SPD chip includes a built-in temperature sensor, allowing systems to monitor memory thermal conditions in real time during operation.
