The Block and The Hill have announced a joint event, the Capitol Crypto Forum, scheduled for November 19, 2026. This invitation-only gathering will take place in Washington, D.C., shortly after the 2026 midterm elections.
The forum aims to bring together lawmakers, regulators, and executives from the digital asset and financial services sectors. The organizers, who announced the event on September 24, 2026, intend to facilitate discussions on key policy issues.
The agenda includes debates on market structure for digital assets, stablecoins, tokenization, and the role of blockchain technology in financial innovation. Steve Chung, CEO of The Block, noted that the event seeks to influence the conversation regarding future legislation.
