TeraWulf, listed on Nasdaq under the ticker WULF, has secured 1 GW of contracted power for its Muskie Data Campus in Eastern Kentucky. This figure represents a doubling of the previously committed electricity capacity for the site.

The campus, which spans 285 acres within a 1,000-acre industrial park, is designed to support AI and high-performance computing workloads. TeraWulf acquired the property from Industrial Equity Partners on May 22, 2026.

The company plans to launch the facility in phases. The first 500 MW phase is scheduled for the second half of 2028, followed by an additional 500 MW in the second half of 2030.

Management has expressed an ambition to scale the site to 2 GW. CEO Paul Prager noted during the Q2 2026 earnings call that this goal is supported by existing infrastructure and available power in the region.
