T7X Equities is promoting a native issuance model for tokenized securities, where tokens are authorized by the issuer from the start rather than acting as synthetic wrappers. The company operates under corporate laws in Wyoming, Delaware, and Nevada, which recognize certificate tokens as valid electronic representations of shares.

The firm acts as its own SEC-registered transfer agent, maintaining the official master securityholder file while using blockchain to record transactions. This approach ensures that ownership records remain compliant with regulatory expectations, with the transfer agent serving as the authoritative gatekeeper for security ownership.

The company's first project is the Tranquil Healthcare Fund I, a Regulation A+ offering of up to $75 million qualified by the SEC on June 29. T7X issues tokens for this fund on the Trusted Smart Chain, allowing for wallet-to-wallet settlement without the need for a traditional custodian.

T7X focuses on Regulation A offerings for companies raising between $50 million and $75 million. This framework allows for public solicitation and participation by non-accredited investors, while also enabling these assets to be held in retirement accounts like self-directed IRAs.

CEO Pablo Penaloza expects that tokenized assets will exceed the current market capitalization of public markets within five years. The platform aims to improve liquidity by enabling secondary market trading for securities that traditionally rely on paper certificates.
