T1 Innotech has automated 17 internal processes within its treasury, accounting, procurement, and tax departments using the Primo RPA platform. The company reports that these robots perform over 20,000 operations annually, saving more than 1,000 man-days of labor. One specific robot is responsible for executing over 8,150 operations per year.

The initiative began in 2025 to address rising volumes of routine tasks and delays in modifying existing accounting systems. By deploying internal automation teams, T1 Innotech focused on tasks with clear rules, such as data reconciliation and report preparation. This approach allows the company to bypass lengthy system modifications while managing peak workloads, such as payroll periods.

Robots currently handle bank statements, transaction reconciliation, expense reports, and data transfers between systems like 1C. These tasks are performed overnight, ensuring results are ready for staff at the start of the workday. This strategy helps the company scale operations without needing to increase headcount despite growing transaction volumes.

The development cycle for each robot typically spans six weeks, including two weeks for analysis, two for development, and two for testing and deployment. Looking ahead, the company plans to integrate AI to handle text recognition, legislative monitoring, and email processing in Outlook, with the first AI-powered robot already in development.
