Suno has introduced a new speech generation feature, now available in public beta on both its web and mobile platforms. This tool allows users to create spoken audio based on written scripts or descriptive prompts, with the option to include background music in the same track.

The platform offers two primary modes for users. The Simple mode generates audio based on a text description, while the Advanced mode allows for custom scripts. In the Advanced settings, users can adjust the gender of the voice, the speech style, and the level of variety in the output.

The generated audio has a maximum duration of approximately eight minutes. Users can choose to disable the background music using a toggle if they prefer clean speech. Suno plans to refine the tool based on user feedback, noting that the feature is currently in an experimental beta phase.
