The ORE protocol, a gamified mining project on the Solana blockchain, recorded nearly $12 million in weekly mining volume. This figure represents the highest level of activity for the platform since February 2026.
The number of active miners on the network reached its highest point since June. Total mining volume for October 2026 reached approximately $45 million, marking a nine-month high for the protocol.
As of early November, the protocol generated $4.24 million in fees over the trailing 30 days. These fees are utilized to fund token buybacks and burns, with a portion of the revenue allocated to native stakers.
The game operates on a grid structure introduced with the v3 launch in late 2025. Each round emits 1.2 ORE, where 1 token is awarded to the winner and 0.2 ORE is directed to a lottery pool known as the Motherlode.
The total supply of ORE is capped at 3 million tokens. The protocol maintains a feedback loop where increased mining activity generates higher fees, which subsequently supports buybacks and reduces the circulating supply.
