SimpleOne, a division of ITG Corporation, has released version 1.3.2 of its HRMS platform. The update integrates candidate screening, job offers, and employment contracts into a unified workflow, while automating the tracking of overtime limits and internal HR requests.

The new system eliminates manual data entry for employment contracts. Salary and work format details now transfer automatically from the job offer to the contract. The platform also verifies staff availability against the company roster before a new hire is finalized, preventing recruitment on unconfirmed terms.

Managers can now initiate personnel changes, such as promotions or contract modifications, directly within the system. These requests follow a standardized approval and activation route, ensuring that HR specialists receive fully vetted documentation for processing.

The platform introduces automated overtime management. Employees submit requests via the system, choosing between monetary compensation or time off. The software enforces legal compliance by restricting overtime to a maximum of four hours over two consecutive days and 120 hours per year.

The update also streamlines feedback processes. Surveys for onboarding, performance evaluations, and general feedback can now be distributed via a single link, allowing employees to access their specific forms immediately without the need for prior manual assignment by HR staff.
