The company leverages BIM and 3D coordination for over 80% of its projects, which serves as the foundation for AI integration. Specific tools include AI-Revizor for documentation compliance, AI-PK for cost estimation, and AI-UL for labor calculation.
Internal teams, organized as 'Generative AI Ambassadors,' develop these solutions. They have already created approximately 20 projects, with several currently in daily use. The company also introduced a single-window interface to simplify AI interaction for engineers.
These AI systems aim to increase productivity without expanding staff and improve project quality. The initiative prepares the institute for the transition of state expertise to machine-readable formats and supports the development of digital twins.
