SberUniversity has released a report titled How AI Is Changing the Manager's Work. The study aims to provide a practical roadmap for executives rather than a simple overview of technological trends. The report identifies 19 key changes in management, broken down into 61 specific actions categorized by the model of stop, change, and start.

The analysis is based on over 8,500 publications from more than 80 global and Russian management sources. Experts identified 15 trends, including the integration of AI agents into decision-making systems, the flattening of hierarchies, and flexible scenario-based workforce planning. These trends are evaluated across strategy, organizational development, and team management.

The report highlights that over 60% of current managerial tasks are entirely new. According to Alexey Sukhanov, Vice Rector for Research and Innovation at SberUniversity, 37 out of the 61 identified actions represent tasks that did not exist previously. The study emphasizes the necessity of abandoning outdated practices while adopting new AI-driven methodologies.
