Sberbank has entered into a partnership with IQ Media Group, the operator of the Babushka na Chas and VseNyani.rf platforms, to develop a digital ecosystem for domestic services. The agreement was signed by German Barg, Chairman of the Moscow Bank of Sberbank, and Natalia Linkova, Director of IQ Media Group.
The collaboration aims to create a unified digital infrastructure for managing domestic staff, including nannies and caregivers. Planned features include document verification, professional certification, registry maintenance, insurance, and payment processing for family services.
A core component of the project is the automation of applicant document verification using AI agents. The partners also intend to develop a unified digital profile for specialists, aggregating data on training, certification, and professional qualifications to improve market transparency.
The companies plan to integrate Sberbank’s GigaChat and other generative AI solutions into HR processes for domestic personnel. This initiative seeks to establish a reliable registry of certified professionals, allowing families to access verified services without increasing costs.
