The ZIAX conversational platform, developed by the IT company SATEL, has been officially recognized as an AI solution within the Russian Software Registry. This status, confirmed by the Ministry of Digital Development, allows corporate clients to access specific government support measures.

The legal framework for these incentives is established by Federal Law No. 243-FZ, which came into effect on September 1, 2026. These measures are designed to encourage businesses to adopt domestic IT products that utilize artificial intelligence technologies.

ZIAX is designed for creating voice and text bots that handle tasks such as processing inquiries, managing documentation, and scheduling appointments. The platform is capable of resolving up to 90% of incoming requests through machine learning and natural language processing.

The system operates in two modes: NLU and AI. The NLU mode uses machine learning and context-intent models for predictable interactions, making it suitable for contact centers. The AI mode employs a multi-agent architecture that leverages large language models (LLM).
