Samsung has discounted its P9 MicroSD Express cards at retailers including Amazon and B&H Photo. The 256GB model is currently priced at $47.99, while the 512GB version is available for $99.

These cards typically retail for higher amounts, with the 256GB version usually costing around $80 and the 512GB option ranging between $150 and $200. Current prices remain above original launch levels due to a persistent memory shortage.

The cards are compatible with the Nintendo Switch 2 and the Asus ROG Ally X20, which both support the MicroSD Express standard. Game file sizes for the Switch 2 vary, with titles like the upcoming The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake requiring 27GB, while third-party games such as Cyberpunk 2077 can occupy 60GB.
