Samsung plans to limit the 16 GB RAM configuration to the top-tier 1 TB model of the Galaxy S27 Ultra. Other variants of the Ultra, as well as the standard Galaxy S27, S27+, and S27 Pro models, will be equipped with 12 GB of RAM.
The Galaxy S27 and S27+ will be available with 256 GB or 512 GB of storage. The S27 Pro will offer an additional 1 TB storage option, but it will still retain the 12 GB RAM limit. The decision to restrict higher memory capacity is reportedly linked to rising costs of memory components.
Regarding camera specifications, the Galaxy S27 Ultra will retain the Sony IMX854 sensor used in the previous generation. Updates include warmer and more natural color processing, along with improved Log and APV video recording features, while maintaining 4K 120 fps and 8K 30 fps support.
