RusHydro has implemented the Proceset software platform, developed by the Russian company Infomaximum, to analyze and optimize its business processes. The system utilizes Process Mining and Task Mining technologies to track workflows, identify bottlenecks, and evaluate employee performance across various departments.
The company applied Process Mining to its procurement division by analyzing five years of operational data. This analysis revealed deviations from established regulations and allowed the firm to identify opportunities to reduce process cycles by 14 percent. Task Mining is currently deployed in the shared service center to standardize labor costs and improve operational planning.
RusHydro plans to transition to a Process Intelligence model, which integrates artificial intelligence to monitor processes in real-time. This approach aims to predict deviations and enable proactive management before tasks are completed. The system is designed to support decision-making regarding resource allocation and personnel workload management.
