Rumble Inc completed its acquisition of an 85.2% stake in Northern Data AG on June 17, 2026. Following the deal, the parent company rebranded as RUM Group, overseeing the Rumble video platform and the newly formed cloud provider Quake AI.

Quake AI operates approximately 22,000 NVIDIA H100 and H200 GPUs across nine data centers in Europe and North America. The company aims to reach 250 MW of energized and planned power capacity by 2027, with over 200 MW previously unmonetized.

The company reported a GPU utilization rate of approximately 85% as of March 2026, supported by a $270 million multi-year contract with Together AI. Northern Data raised its 2026 revenue outlook to €170–190 million, marking a 30% increase.

Quake AI is shifting its infrastructure focus toward AI agents rather than human users. The company is partnering with Tether to develop a trust layer intended to facilitate blockchain-based coordination for autonomous agents.
