RTR Vehicles has launched production of the 2026 Ford Mustang RTR Spec 5, a limited-edition model with a total production run capped at 50 units. The company has already completed three vehicles, and customer deliveries are currently in progress.

The vehicle is based on a standard V8 Mustang and features a supercharged 5.0-liter engine producing 870 horsepower. The build includes a Tactical Performance suspension system with 30-way-adjustable front coilovers, adjustable sway bars, 20-inch forged wheels, and a custom Borla exhaust system.

Pricing for the Mustang RTR Spec 5 starts at $159,999. Customers can further customize their vehicles through a personalization program, with premium paint options available for an additional $7,500 or unique finishes for $15,000.

Each vehicle is available through RTR’s North Carolina facility or authorized dealers and comes with a 3-year, 36,000-mile Ford factory warranty. RTR is currently exploring the potential to expand the Spec 5 moniker to other models in the Ford lineup.
