RTK-TsOD, in collaboration with the Rostelecom IT department, has unveiled a corporate AI assistant designed for organizations with strict data security requirements. The solution utilizes RAG technology to analyze internal documents and knowledge bases while keeping all data within the client's infrastructure.
The assistant performs tasks such as summarizing documents, comparing versions, classifying data, and extracting information from tables. It also supports technical operations by interpreting system logs, metrics, and diagnostic outputs to provide incident response recommendations based on internal protocols.
The platform features multitenancy support, allowing multiple departments to operate on a single installation with isolated data. It includes role-based access control (RBAC), activity logging, and request queuing to prevent infrastructure overloads and optimize operational costs.
According to RTK-TsOD, the tool is suitable for financial institutions, industrial enterprises, and government agencies. The company reports that AI implementation can achieve a return on investment of up to 250 percent. The product is currently available for deployment on customer infrastructure.
