Roundtable, a Nasdaq-listed media platform, has signed a 10-year agreement valued at $1 billion with Paradium.AI. The deal involves migrating Paradium’s media portfolio, including TheStreet, Parade, and Men’s Journal, to Roundtable’s Enterprise Media Operating System. These brands serve approximately 100 million monthly users.
As part of the deal, Roundtable will invest $89 million to acquire a 49% equity stake in Paradium, formerly known as The Arena Group. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, provided specific financial conditions are met. Roundtable also secured a perpetual license for Paradium’s technical assets.
The migration will transition roughly two dozen media brands to a platform that utilizes AI and DeFi tools. The system integrates smart wallets for journalists and decentralized payment solutions to replace traditional monetization models. Roundtable expects the partnership to generate $100 million in annualized revenue.
Roundtable entered the Nasdaq in May 2026 following a merger with RYVYL and currently trades under the ticker RTB. Paradium is listed on the NYSE under the ticker PAAI. The deal remains subject to execution risks if the agreed financial milestones are not achieved by the end of 2026.
