Rostelecom and Goznak have launched an automated system for remote pre-shift and pre-trip medical examinations at the Moscow Printing Factory. The project utilizes the Pusk platform, developed by RTK-MedOperator, a subsidiary of Rostelecom Health.
The system uses Russian-made terminals to measure blood pressure, pulse, body temperature, and breath ethanol levels. The process includes video recording and automated health surveys, replacing manual procedures and paper documentation.
Data is transmitted to a secure cloud platform for reporting and analytics, with information automatically shared with the Research Institute of Motor Transport (NIIAT) to ensure data quality and compliance.
The service operates 24/7 across all production units of the factory. According to company representatives, this implementation reduces the time required for shift clearance and optimizes operational costs.
The Pusk platform is listed in the Ministry of Digital Development's registry of domestic software. The system complies with Russian Government Decree No. 866, dated May 30, 2023, regarding remote medical examination standards.
