Robin Capital, a firm led by solo general partner Robin Haak, has closed its second fund with €15 million in capital. The vehicle focuses on pre-seed and seed-stage investments in European startups, specifically targeting sectors like artificial intelligence, robotics, and space technology.
The firm typically invests between €100k and €600k per company. Its portfolio already includes 17 investments from the new fund, such as SkySpy.ai, Marble Imaging, and Helicity Space. The investor base comprises entrepreneurs, unicorn founders, and family offices linked to firms like Ferrari and Adyen.
Robin Capital operates under a solo GP model, supported by a network of over 100 operators. Beyond its two early-stage funds, the firm has launched three special purpose vehicles to support companies like ARX Robotics and Almetra, allowing its partners to participate in additional financing rounds.
Looking forward, the firm intends to launch a third fund of €15 million. The long-term strategy involves managing three early-stage vehicles to support a total of 80 to 90 startups. Robin Capital is also evaluating the creation of a growth continuity fund to assist portfolio companies during scaling.
