The company Raytek is developing an AI-powered support agent designed for 1C users and technical support teams. The tool integrates directly into the 1C client interface, operating over standard configurations without requiring modifications or hindering future software updates.

The agent allows users to describe issues via text or voice directly from documents, reports, or directories. It first attempts to resolve queries using a knowledge base. If unsuccessful, it automatically creates a Service Desk ticket, attaching relevant system data, user information, and a history of actions taken.

For clients with strict data security requirements, the solution can be deployed on-premises using local language models. Alternatively, organizations without such restrictions can utilize cloud-based models by connecting the agent to their existing cloud service accounts.

Raytek plans to include its own Service Desk system in the product package. Clients will also have the option to sign service contracts where the AI handles routine inquiries, while company specialists address complex or non-standard technical issues.

The product is currently undergoing internal testing and market research. Raytek intends to offer the tool to its existing support clients and new customers, with further development based on pilot results and user feedback.
