Qualcomm will showcase its 6G terminal prototype for the first time globally at the upcoming 9th China International Import Expo (CIIE). This marks the company's ninth consecutive year participating in the event, where it plans to highlight advancements in 6G, AI agents, and various intelligent hardware.
The 6G prototype has already been utilized in collaborative testing and interoperability verification with Chinese industry partners, including China Mobile and ZTE. These efforts follow a successful test conducted on September 20, where Qualcomm and China Mobile completed the world's first connection between a 6G prototype base station and a terminal using the 3GPP-defined U6G band.
Beyond 6G technology, the company's exhibition will feature a wide range of intelligent devices. The display will include AI-powered equipment, flagship smartphones, AI PCs, smart glasses, automotive solutions, and robotics. Attendees will also have the opportunity to engage with interactive demonstrations focused on AI imaging and XR technologies.
