Qualcomm Technologies and Google have announced a partnership to launch the new Googlebook laptop series. These devices will be powered by the Snapdragon X Elite platform, which integrates Google's Gemini intelligence directly into the hardware.

The new laptops are designed to support cross-device functionality with Android smartphones and tablets. Users will be able to run native Android applications and games, creating a unified computing ecosystem between their mobile devices and the laptop.

The Googlebook hardware includes specific productivity features such as Cast my Apps, Magic Pointer, and Rambler. These tools are designed to surface information from emails, calendars, and on-screen content to assist users during their workflow.

The integration of the Snapdragon X Elite platform also brings Snapdragon Elite Gaming capabilities to the Googlebook line. This includes support for enhanced graphics and improved frame rates for gaming applications on the new devices.
