Prodex, a Russian manufacturer of medical devices and nutritional supplements, has integrated the MANGO OFFICE platform to optimize its sales operations. The company, which employs over 250 people and serves more than 1 million customers, transitioned from a previous telephony provider to implement a unified communication environment.
The new system includes a Virtual PBX, a contact center, speech analytics, and integration with Bitrix24. These tools allow for automated outbound calling strategies and structured management of incoming queues. The platform is currently utilized by 102 employees, including 91 contact center managers, 8 customer service staff, and 3 quality control specialists.
By automating outbound calls and synchronizing data with the CRM, Prodex has improved its ability to track sales results and monitor agent performance in real time. The implementation of speech analytics has further enabled the company to identify successful communication practices and analyze reasons for customer refusals.
According to the company, these operational improvements led to a 41% increase in revenue during the first half of 2025. The transition allowed Prodex to enhance its efficiency in managing its customer base without the need to expand its workforce, focusing instead on optimizing existing resources.
