PIR Group, a holding company operating in heavy machinery and mining, has automated its contract management processes using the ELMA365 CSP platform. The project was executed by the partner company BPM-EXPERT in two phases, focusing on streamlining document workflows and integrating disparate corporate tools.

The implementation involved setting up 19 distinct routing paths for contract approval and signing, alongside a batch processing feature. To ensure a seamless workflow, the system was integrated with 1C, Kontur.Diadoc, OnlyOffice, and Synology storage. These connections allow for end-to-end management of the entire contract lifecycle.

A key component of the new system is an AI-powered module designed for document version comparison. This tool automatically identifies discrepancies between internal drafts and versions received from external counterparties, reducing the risk of signing unapproved terms and minimizing manual verification efforts.

The project has significantly improved operational efficiency for PIR Group. The company reports that the contract approval process is now three times faster, while the time required for document comparison has decreased by 91%. The unified digital environment now integrates with five external systems and services.
