Pharos Network has introduced an Agent Native upgrade for its layer 1 blockchain, which focuses on RealFi applications. The initial phase includes sponsored transactions on the Testnet, the Pharos AI portal, a natural-language agent widget, and a partnership with AnvitaMate.
The new Port Agent Widget allows users to query data on real-world asset positions, vault maturity, and yield. Meanwhile, the developer portal integrates Pharos Chain MCP, Developer Docs MCP, and SkillEngine to enable agents to hold assets, utilize tools, and manage onchain payments.
The company plans to launch PoS staking and Testnet gas sponsorship in Q4 2026, followed by Agent Accounts in 2027. The project aims to complete its integrated Agent-Native stack by 2028. Pharos Network utilizes EVM-compatible infrastructure with parallel execution.
Founded by former Ant Group executives, the company has raised a total of $52 million. This includes a $8 million seed round in 2024 led by Lightspeed Faction and Hack VC, and a $44 million Series A round secured in 2026.
