Oracle has set financial targets for fiscal year 2030, aiming for at least $225 billion in total revenue and $21 in non-GAAP earnings per share. The company expects its cloud infrastructure segment to contribute $166 billion to this total, representing nearly 75% of sales.
The company projects a compound annual growth rate of approximately 35% from fiscal 2026 through 2030. For fiscal year 2026, Oracle reported $67.4 billion in revenue. Guidance for fiscal year 2027 has been raised to a minimum of $90 billion in revenue and $8.10 in EPS.
Remaining performance obligations, representing contracted but not yet booked revenue, reached $664 billion, up from $455 billion prior to the October 2025 announcement. Despite meeting interim revenue goals, Oracle stock has declined by approximately 60%, falling from about $313 to $126.
Investors and analysts are monitoring capital expenditure requirements for AI capacity, the timeline for converting the $664 billion backlog into recognized revenue, and the diversification of the client base beyond OpenAI. Management maintains that AI bookings are spread across multiple customers.
