OpenAI has introduced the Intelligent UI feature as part of its new GPT-6 model. The update allows ChatGPT to generate visual elements such as charts, forms, and interactive tools like calculators, bill splitters, and games directly within its responses.
The rollout of GPT-6 began on Wednesday for ChatGPT Plus, Pro, Business, and Enterprise subscribers. Free and Go tier users will gain access to the new model starting Thursday, October 8. The interface adapts its format based on the specific user query.
The new model also features improved response speeds by allowing the system to start delivering answers while it continues processing information. Additionally, GPT-6 shows enhanced reliability and decision-making capabilities when performing web searches to support its responses.
OpenAI reports that ChatGPT currently serves over 1.2 billion weekly active users. According to recent data, 41% of millennials use the platform as a primary tool for product discovery, placing it behind Google, which is used by 57% of that demographic.
