OnePlus has officially scheduled its 2026 Gaming Conference for September 28 at 10:00. The event will focus on the introduction of three proprietary gaming technologies, a new 185 FPS gaming ecosystem, and innovative gameplay mechanics for shooter titles.

A key highlight of the event is the debut of the self-developed 'Esports Three-Core' chipset. This suite includes the P4 super display chip, the G3 esports network chip, and the T3 touch control chip. These components are set to launch with the upcoming OnePlus 16 flagship smartphone.

The OnePlus 16 is expected to feature a 9000mAh battery, which is currently the largest capacity among new flagship devices. The phone will incorporate an OPPO energy-gathering chip supporting low-voltage discharge and will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen6 processor.

Additional hardware specifications for the OnePlus 16 include a 200-megapixel main camera sensor and support for a 165Hz global high-refresh-rate display. The device will also integrate the 'Wind Speed' game kernel, with further optimizations developed in collaboration with FPS game studios.
