Observability platform OllyGarden has secured $4 million in a venture capital round. The investment was led by Next Frontier Capital, Grand Ventures, and ACTAI Ventures, with participation from existing investor DIG Ventures. Strategic investments were also provided by Datadog, Grafana Labs, and Dash0.
Founded in 2025, the company provides a platform for managing telemetry data quality. It serves clients in the retail, financial services, and enterprise software sectors. The technology identifies and fixes data issues at the source, preventing unreliable information from reaching backends. This process helps reduce storage and processing costs.
Over the past year, the platform has enabled users to reduce log volumes by as much as 85 percent. The company also introduced Minimum Viable Instrumentation (MVI) for its AI OpenTelemetry Engineer, Rose. While previously limited to analyzing existing instrumentation, the tool can now identify missing instrumentation and provide guidance on baselines.
Founder Juraci Paixão Kröhling noted that the rise of AI-generated code has increased telemetry volumes, complicating the identification of critical data. The MVI feature aims to help organizations implement consistent instrumentation practices across teams and code repositories. The platform is built on the OpenTelemetry industry standard.
