OkoCRM has introduced a new module called Clients, designed to manage repeat sales. The tool tracks customer order history, calculates metrics such as average check, LTV, and purchase intervals, and predicts the timing for future transactions.

According to the company, systematic use of this module can increase repeat purchase volume by up to 27% and boost revenue from existing customer bases by up to 18%. The system also aims to reduce manual workload for managers by up to 32%.

The module features a Kanban board where customer cards move automatically based on predicted purchase dates. Users can configure automated actions, including tasks for managers, SMS, emails, messenger notifications, and invoice generation via OkoPay.

The system supports specific scenarios for various industries, such as tracking service intervals for vehicles, subscription renewals for fitness clubs, or recurring B2B supply orders. It allows for linking reminders to specific objects like equipment or property.

The new functionality is included in the existing OkoCRM subscription plan and is currently available to all users at no additional cost.
