Questions regarding the production status of the Nvidia GeForce RTX 5090 flagship graphics card have resurfaced. While Nvidia officially denies rumors of discontinuation, citing supply chain constraints and rising memory costs, market availability remains problematic.

Nvidia's German office maintains that production capacity is limited but insists the company is working to supply the market. Despite these assurances, major retail chains in many countries report that the card is currently sold out.

German overclocker Der8auer, citing an unnamed Nvidia board partner, confirms that no official notice regarding production termination has been issued. However, partners are currently unable to order the necessary kits containing the GB202 GPU and 32 GB of GDDR7 memory.

The inability to secure these essential components creates significant uncertainty for future shipments. While the official stance remains unchanged, the logistical challenges surrounding the RTX 5090 continue to disrupt standard supply channels.
