Nvidia is currently in negotiations to provide credit guarantees for Nscale, a neocloud provider. These guarantees are intended to support the debt required for the construction of a new 460-megawatt data center, which is planned as an expansion of the Monarch Compute Campus in West Virginia.

The proposed facility is being discussed in partnership with Anthropic and is expected to utilize Nvidia’s Vera Rubin chips. This collaboration follows previous financial support, including a guarantee of approximately $860 million for Nscale’s lease obligations in Texas in October 2025.

Nscale has actively utilized debt markets, securing nearly $3 billion in senior secured delayed-draw term loan facilities in August 2026. According to recent IPO filings, the company reports a total contracted value of approximately $103.4 billion, with active revenue reaching $2.6 billion.

Nvidia’s strategy involves providing credit support to neocloud partners to facilitate their access to cheaper debt for hardware procurement. As of July 2026, Nvidia reported a maximum exposure of $164.5 billion related to its broader customer-support commitments.
