NPF Budushchee has completed the implementation of an AI-based document recognition module to automate its internal workflows. The project, which began in September 2024, reached full operational capacity by September 2025.

According to Deputy General Director Victoria Bondareva, the integration has reduced manual document processing operations by 62%. Furthermore, the accuracy of registrations has improved, with errors and typos decreasing by 80%.

The fund reported that document processing speed has increased by 20% since the system's deployment. These performance gains have prompted the company to expand its use of AI technology across other operational areas.

Looking ahead to 2026, the fund plans to upgrade the module to include automated classification of customer inquiries by topic. The organization aims to further reduce manual labor and accelerate document handling through these ongoing digital initiatives.
