Norbit has completed the migration of DKC, a Russian manufacturer of cable management and electrical products, to a domestic CRM system. The project, which began several years ago, aimed to replace foreign cloud software with a local solution. The platform is now in industrial operation, consolidating project sales, customer service, and management reporting.
The implementation team preserved the existing data array and ensured a seamless transition for hundreds of employees across all company locations. The new system integrates project histories, counterparty data, and object tracking into a unified database. It also supports complex sales workflows, including specification calculations and multi-stage approval processes for commercial proposals.
The system features automated data exchange with the SAP Business Warehouse corporate storage, feeding information directly into management dashboards. Additionally, the platform supports local currency operations for branches in Kazakhstan. Service processes have been optimized through automated routing and a centralized interface for handling client and internal requests.
Following the initial migration, Norbit has focused on expanding the system's functionality. Updates include batch processing for counterparty data to eliminate manual entry and a restructured product catalog with a complex category hierarchy. Future plans involve deepening analytical capabilities and scaling the solution to additional business units.
