Nirva Labs, a startup founded in 2025, has secured $33 million in a new funding round announced on October 22, 2026. This follows an $8 million seed round led by Lightspeed Venture Partners and South Park Commons in July 2026.

The company is developing an AI-powered wearable pendant priced at $249. The device is constructed from hypoallergenic titanium, weighs between 7.5 and 10 grams, and features an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance.

Equipped with dual microphones, an inertial measurement unit, and ambient light and UV sensors, the pendant tracks user mood and relationships through voice input and sensor data. Nirva states that data processing occurs locally on the device.

The wearable can be worn as a necklace or bracelet. Nirva plans to begin shipping the product by the end of 2026, with preorders opening prior to the delivery date.
