NIO reported 37,408 vehicle deliveries in September 2026, marking a 4.4% increase compared to the previous month and a 7.7% rise year over year. These results contributed to a strong performance throughout the third quarter, where sales climbed to 109,178 units, up 25% from the 87,071 vehicles delivered in the same period of 2025.
For the first nine months of 2026, the company achieved a total of 300,301 deliveries, representing a 49% growth compared to the 201,221 vehicles delivered during the same timeframe in 2025. By the end of the third quarter of 2026, the cumulative number of vehicles delivered by NIO reached 1,297,893 units.
Specific model milestones were also reached in September. The NIO All-New ES8 hit 150,000 deliveries on September 20, 2026, one year after its launch, securing the top spot in cumulative sales for large SUVs priced above ¥400,000. Additionally, the NIO ES9 reached 30,000 deliveries on September 23, 2026, leading monthly sales for battery electric vehicles priced above ¥500,000 for three months.
