NinjaTech AI Inc. has introduced Ninja Enterprise, a service allowing large corporations to deploy AI agents within their own cloud environments for a flat annual fee. This pricing model aims to eliminate the unpredictability of token-based costs associated with long-running AI tasks.

The service includes the necessary GPU and inference capacity, sourced through Microsoft Corp. in collaboration with Fireworks AI Inc. or via Amazon Web Services Inc. Resources are reserved on a single-tenant basis, removing the need for customers to purchase their own server hardware.

The platform supports packages of 100, 500, or 1,000 AI employees, which can be managed via Slack or Microsoft Teams. For sensitive operations, the company offers an air-gapped version that runs on customer-supplied hardware, ensuring data is not used for external model training.

Implementation services are provided by Infosys Ltd. for general clients and Optimum Healthcare IT LLC for the healthcare sector. Infosys, which invested in the startup through its innovation fund in August, serves as the exclusive professional services partner for at least one year.

NinjaTech was co-founded in 2022 by Babak Pahlavan, a former Google executive. Early backers of the venture-backed startup include SRI Ventures and DCVC. The Ninja Enterprise offering is currently available, with options for pilot programs before committing to annual contracts.
