Apex Group, T-REX Network, and the ERC-3643 Association introduced a modular compliance framework on November 4, 2026. The system integrates Chainlink technology to align tokenized bonds with SWIFT standards, facilitating asset movement across multiple blockchains.

The ERC-3643 standard embeds identity and transfer rules directly into tokens. Assets are deployed on the T-REX Network, which acts as a central record. The T-REX Ledger, built on Polygon, is scheduled for a mainnet launch in Q4 2026.

Apex Group, which manages over $3.5 trillion in assets, acquired Tokeny in 2025. The company aims to reach $100 billion in tokenized assets on the T-REX Network by June 2027. Currently, over $32 billion in assets are tokenized under ERC-3643 across more than 20 jurisdictions.

SWIFT has joined the ERC-3643 Association to support the framework. By utilizing Chainlink for interoperability and compliance automation, the partners intend to maintain consistent regulatory rules for bonds regardless of the blockchain network used for distribution.
