Nevis, a New York-based startup founded in 2024 by former Revolut executives Mark Swan, Philipp Burda, and Ivan Chalov, has secured $70 million in a Series B funding round. This investment reportedly values the company at $500 million. Previously, the firm raised $5 million in a seed round led by Sequoia Capital in early 2025 and $35 million in a Series A in December 2025.

The company develops AI agents designed to automate administrative tasks for financial advisors, such as meeting preparation, note-taking, and client onboarding. Nevis claims its software can handle up to 80% of an advisor's administrative workload. The platform integrates directly with existing CRM systems and custodians like Schwab and Fidelity without requiring data migration.

Currently, Nevis employs approximately 70 people, with about 50 focused on software development. The startup now supports platforms managing up to $700 billion in assets, a significant increase from the $50 billion managed at the time of its December 2025 launch. This growth is largely driven by a partnership with Focus Financial Partners, which oversees $570 billion in assets.

The company's tools are intended to complement human advisors by freeing up time for client relationships. Earlier adopters of the technology include firms such as United Capital and IEQ Capital. Nevis continues to focus on meeting compliance standards required for financial advice, including the generation of notes, summaries, and onboarding records.
