The platform operates through Slack or Microsoft Teams, with pricing starting at €19 per employee per month. Netsec reports managing thousands of endpoints across Europe and the United States, with a median incident response time of under 14 minutes. The company holds ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certifications.
