MTS VoiceTech developed the technology to process conversations in real time and convert them into key points. These summaries are displayed directly in the call history within the operator's application.
If a user needs more detail, they can access an expanded version of the conclusions, a full transcript of the conversation, and the audio recording in the My MTS app.
MTS is the first Russian company to implement short call summaries in the call history for all users of the Intelligent Recording service. The feature is included in several tariffs at no extra cost, while other users receive a free 30-day trial period.
