MTS has introduced a rapidly deployable multifunctional support structure, designated MFO-15, to the Russian telecommunications market. Standing 15 meters tall, the unit is equipped with a climate-controlled cabinet, lithium batteries, and a diesel generator. This design allows for the deployment of mobile networks in remote areas of the Volgograd region where traditional infrastructure construction is hindered by a lack of power grid connectivity.

The MFO-15 structure can be assembled in three hours by a three-person team using a crane-manipulator. The integrated diesel generator allows the base station to operate autonomously for 12 days on a single fuel tank. The solution is intended for use along highways, railways, mining sites, and temporary work camps, as well as for establishing private LTE and 5G networks at industrial facilities.

Furthermore, MTS plans to deliver the first ten aeromobile communication complexes (AMKS) to Russian regions by early 2027. These systems utilize a tethered hexacopter to carry an LTE/5G base station, enabling rapid network deployment in remote locations. The complexes are transportable by vehicle or trailer and are designed for industrial use, emergency response, and search and rescue operations.
