The service is available at no cost to all MTS subscribers. Users primarily utilize the platform to interact with family members, banking institutions, and delivery services. According to company data, the typical user is a male aged 35 to 44 residing in a major regional center.
Geographically, the highest usage is recorded in Moscow and the Moscow region, accounting for 19% of total calls. Yekaterinburg follows with 9%, and Krasnodar ranks third with 7%. The company emphasizes that the tool enables independent access to medical, educational, and utility services.
