Meizu reported that its Flyme Auto vehicle software system was installed in 154,206 new cars during September. This brings the total number of vehicles equipped with the platform to over 3.59 million units globally.

The company also noted that for the first three quarters of the year, the total number of installations exceeded 1.32 million. These figures reflect the ongoing integration of the software into various automotive models.

The Flyme Auto system was first introduced in March 2023. It features cross-device connectivity, allowing for seamless integration between smartphones and vehicle hardware, including functions like remote car searching and hardware resource sharing.

In August 2023, the company launched Flyme Auto 2. This version introduced enhanced visual elements such as 3D desktop textures and live wallpapers. It also integrated AI capabilities designed to predict user intent and automate routine vehicle operations.
