Evgeny Nefediev, Director of Automated Workplaces at MegaFon, outlined criteria for integrating AI into business processes. He suggests that human intervention should be removed from tasks where it adds no value and where potential errors are low-risk and easily reversible.

Speaking at the Digital Solutions forum in Moscow, Nefediev emphasized that AI autonomy levels must be defined by risk and reversibility. He argued that requiring human approval for every AI action creates an inefficient interface between employees and machines.

Nefediev proposed a tiered approach to automation. Tasks such as reminders, task preparation, data collection, and summaries can be fully automated. Processes involving responsibility assignments or priority changes require oversight, while financial, legal, and critical data operations must retain human confirmation.
