Maxim Glazov has been appointed as the Director of Small and Medium Business Customer Relations at MegaFon, effective October 19, 2026. He is tasked with advancing digital interaction channels, implementing new customer acquisition and retention tools, and optimizing business processes.
Glazov brings over 13 years of experience in business management and digital product development. He holds a degree in National Economy from Ryazan State University and an EMBA from the Moscow School of Management Skolkovo, which he earned in 2026.
Prior to joining MegaFon, Glazov served as a Managing Director at Raiffeisenbank. There, he led the development of a branchless digital service model, mobile banking, and digital business ecosystems, including online accounting. His initiatives automated 70 percent of internal processes and increased mobile app adoption among business clients.
