Markos Technologies, an engineering firm founded by Ilkhom Askarov in 2020, is currently developing a 3U CubeSat named Polyarny-M. The company focuses on creating research and technological solutions, with a primary emphasis on space industry projects.
The Polyarny-M satellite is designed as a flying laboratory to test various technologies, including communication systems, onboard electronics, power management, and electric propulsion. A key objective for the team is to explore data transmission capabilities in Arctic regions.
The company plans to document the development process of the satellite, covering stages from design and prototyping to component selection and testing. The project aims to transition from conceptual engineering designs to a functional device capable of reaching orbit.
